The roots our church go back to 1896 when the Mission of the Holy Guardian Angels was completed under the supervision of Father Louis Lafortune, s.j. In 1909 Holy Angels was formally established as a parish. Over the years, Holy Angels has been a spiritual home for countless families and individuals.
Pope Francis summed up the purpose of a parish well when he described it as a “community of communities, a sanctuary where the thirsty come to drink in the midst of their journey, and a centre of constant missionary outreach” (Joy of the Gospel 28).
By the grace of God and with the help of the Holy Spirit, this is what we strive to be. If you are a visitor passing through, are new to our community, or are seeking a place to call your spiritual home, we invite you to come and pray with us.
